Rare vase by Heissner Keramik from West Germany, produced in the 1960s. The vase is executed in relief decor with a classic meander pattern in a special combination of white, gray, beige and subtle shades of blue. The matte, slightly rough texture is reminiscent of the beloved fat lava style of the period.
These ceramic vases were wildly popular in the 1950s-70s, and Heissner was known for their refined design and innovative finishes. They have since become beloved collector's pieces for lovers of West Germany ceramics.
A stylish object for a retro, eclectic or modern interior - perfect on its own or in combination with other ceramics.
