Bulbs are 20 cm in diameter. Firma Dijkstra, also known as Dijkstra Verlichting, was a Dutch lighting company that was especially popular in the 60s and 70s for its modern and innovative designs. Dijkstra's lamps are known for their high-quality workmanship and distinctive retro look. Here are some features and popular models of Dijkstra lamps from the 1970s: Features of Dijkstra lamps from the 1970s 1. Materials: Many lamps were made of metal, plexiglass, smoked glass or plastic. 2. Shapes: Curves and organic shapes were popular, such as spherical and mushroom-like designs. 3. Colors: Warm tones such as brown, orange, yellow and smoked glass effects were in line with 1970s interior design. 4. Adjustable: Many lamps were height adjustable, which was both functional and stylish. Popular Dijkstra models from the 1970s 1. Pendant lamps with smoked glass globes: These models often had one or more glass bulbs with a subtle smoked glass finish. 2. Plexiglas pendant lamps: Sleek designs with colorful plastic elements, often in the shape of a hemisphere. 3. Cluster lamps: Lamps with three or more light fixtures, often with spheres of glass or light fixtures
The lamp is in decent condition for its age with the user marks befitting its age. On each bulb is a small dent (see detail photos).
When the bulbs are hanging they are not very noticeable but want to mention it nicely.
