Geneviève DANGLES and Christian DEFRANCE

Biography Dangles and Defrance were born in France in 1929. Both graduated from the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. Christian Defrance also trained as a sculptor at the École Boulle. Geneviève Dangles interned with André Arbus, then worked in Marcel Gascoin's studio. The couple founded their own agency in 1953. They were also members of Groupe 4.
