Engström graduated in Industrial Design from Lund University in 1999 and worked in several design agencies in Sweden and the UK before founding Engström & Myrstrand. Myrstrand graduated in graphic design from the Stockholm School of Art and Design in 1999, and worked in design agencies in Sweden and the USA before joining Engström to form the studio.
Since its creation in 2009, Engström & Myrstrand has worked with many prestigious clients, including Ikea, H&M, Volvo, Electrolux and Husqvarna. The studio is known for its interdisciplinary approach and its work in various fields of design, including industrial design, graphic design, interior design and product design.
Engström & Myrstrand has won numerous awards for its work, including the Red Dot Design Award, the Good Design Award and the German Design Award.
