After working for several renowned Danish design companies, Salomonsen founded his own design agency, Salomonsen Design, in 2002. Since then, he has worked with many international brands, including Bang & Olufsen, Philips, Lego, Grundfos and Vestas. Salomonsen's design style is known for being simple, elegant and functional, with an emphasis on user experience and technological innovation. He has won numerous awards for his design achievements, including the Red Dot Design Award, the iF Design Award and the Good Design Award. In addition to his design work, Salomonsen is also involved in teaching industrial design, having taught at the Århus School of Arts and Crafts and the Copenhagen College of Design.
