About this vintage design furniture

Vintage Italian lounge set, designed by Ezio Longhi for Elam in 1958. Two armchairs with a very rare 2-seater sofa. The fabric is made of original yellow-gold velvet and combines very well with the black lacquered wooden frame.

About the designer

Piero de LONGHI

Piero de Longhi (1911-1970) was an Italian designer, renowned for his remarkable contributions to the aesthetics and functionality of modern furniture. He was born in Milan and studied at the city's Polytechnic, where he acquired a solid training in architecture and design.
