About this vintage design furniture
Pair of Cosmos lounge chairs designed by Augusto Bozzi for Saporiti Italia, Italy 1954. The black coated metal wire frames with solid brass feet give the chairs an elegant and delicate appearance. The chairs have been reupholstered the original way, entirely stitched by hand with a Raspberry fabric. Very comfortable and marked with label on the frame.

Augusto Bozzi was an Italian industrial designer born in 1913 and died in 1988. He studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic and began his career as an architect and interior designer in the 1930s.
