This desk features smart recessed handles and solid teak sleigh legs, definitely way ahead of its time. About the designer
Gunther HOFFSTEAD
Gunter Hoffstead was a German furniture designer who worked for the British furniture company Uniflex in the 1950s and 1960s. Little information is available about his personal life, but he is known to have designed some of Uniflex's most iconic pieces of furniture.
