Modern watercolor landscape by the famous Swedish painter Raymond Johansson (1937-2002).It was painted by the artist in the 1960s. The painting is signed and dated by hand in the lower right portion of the painting. In an original period frame. The perfect addition to a modernist interior in the Scandinavian - modern style.Raymond Frank Stefan Johansson, born in 1937 and died in 2002, was a Swedish painter, sculptor and poet.Johansson studied art with Franz Kriwanek in the United States and trained himself on several study trips to Europe, South America and the United States. He has had several exhibitions with his sculptures carved from altar wood and oak as well as paintings in Sweden and abroad. His visual art consists of still lifes, interiors, portraits and landscapes in oil, pastel, watercolor or gouache. In addition to his own creation, he has been engaged as an art glass designer, in over and under capture techniques, where his Mexican motifs are often enclosed in glass.
