Scandinavian lounge chair by ECM Møbler - Professionally restored 1960s Danish design
Rare lounge armchair from the 1960s, manufactured by Danish company ECM Møbler - a beautiful example of Scandinavian design combining craftsmanship, comfort and aesthetics. This armchair has been fully restored by us and is ready for immediate use in a Japandi, modern or vintage interior.
The frame is constructed of solid teak, with organically shaped lines that give the chair an elegant and warm look. A special detail are the refined finger-welded joints in the armrests, which are not only functional but also highlight the craftsmanship of the maker.
The comfortable seat shell features two separate cushions, covered with a blended fabric in natural beige and ecru shades. The foam interior provides a firm, supportive seat, perfect for long evenings of lounging.
The woodwork has been completely renovated in our workshop. Old layers of maintenance have been carefully removed, the teak has been hand sanded and finished with a high-quality matte furniture oil. This brings the warm, deep colors of the wood back to life beautifully. The upholstery has been professionally cleaned by us, making it fresh and ready for immediate use.
Upon purchase you will receive a bottle of furniture oil and maintenance instructions to keep the wood in top condition for a long time.
