About this vintage design furniture

The Kroken armchair, in an exceptionally well-harmonised combination with a light wool fabric and honey-colored wooden frame, is in excellent, almost new condition. The fabric cover as well as the wooden frame of the armchair and the ottoman show only minimal traces of use. The Kroken armchair was designed by Ake Fribytter for the Swedish manufacturer Nelo in the 1970s. Exceptional design paired with high seating comfort and excellent materials. Reference : 264281

About the designer

Ake FRIBYTER

Åke Fribyter was a Swedish designer born on December 8, 1917 and died on December 3, 1999. He studied at the Stockholm School of Industrial Arts and began his career working for the Swedish furniture company NK, where he designed modern, functional furniture.
