An imposing architectural construction, but essential in its form, as was essential and primary this type of furniture in all Italian homes until the early 1900s.The "Madia", always made of wood, whether Spartan or decorated, was used to raise and preserve the bread, which was placed in the lifting chamber created by the doors located under the tray.Giovanni Michelucci, an important Italian architect, author of great works such as the station of S.
