Product description
Nastro desk lamp - Alberto Fraser - Stilnovo Italy - 1983 The multicolored flexible stem contains both structural and electrical elements. It can be positioned in any direction and rests on a weighted polycarbonate base. The switch on the base offers two power settings. This flexible table lamp is an elegant by-product of the computer age. Fascinated by the beauty and potential of multicolored coaxial cables spilling out of dismantled devices, Alberto Fraser, a designer in a computer research center, imagined this lamp. Alberto Fraser was born and raised in Glasgow, the son of a Scottish father and an Italian mother. He studied architecture and industrial design in the United States. He now lives and works in Milan, where he has set up his own company, Design Works. He is particularly interested in light, which has led him to design numerous lighting fixtures and installations. - Description: Table lamp, Desk lamp - Designer: Alberto Fraser - Publisher: Stilnovo - Production: 1983 - 1989 - Origin: Italy - Condition: Good - Dimensions: 60 cm × 14 cm - H 42cm - Source: Halogen 12V
