Sideboard - Mcintosh- 1960'sThis beautiful mid-century sideboard was designed by Tom Robertson for Mcintosh of Kirkcaldy, Scotland.It features ample storage space consisting of two hinged doors with interior shelves on either side of the sideboard.Two drawers, one with a cutlery divider and red felt, complete the storage space.Finally, beautiful round brass handles integrated into a round wooden part give it its cachet.Created in 1869 by Alexander Henry Mcintosh, McIntosh furniture has become synonymous with design, craftsmanship and high quality materials.This model presented here is particularly rare.Dimensions: W 150 x D 41 x H 75Materials: TeakProof of origin: Label inside the cabinet in the right drawer.Origin: ScotlandPublished: McintoshRestoration: Fully checked and inspected this unit has been fully sanded and oiled to protect and nourish the wood.Condition: Very goodWeight: Approximately 30 kg

Tom ROBERTSON
Tom Robertson is an Australian designer based in Sydney, born in 1978. He is known for his minimalist approach and clean aesthetic. Robertson studied industrial design at the University of Technology, Sydney, graduating in 2002.
