About this vintage design furniture

Truly Scandinavian modern free-standing wall unit in teak is a 3-bay modular shelving system Ergo designed by John Texmon and Einar Blindheim for Blindheim Mobelfabrikk and made in Norway in the 1960s. The slightly curved sideboards make a warm impression, and sculptural rails create an elegant and grand-looking statement. This shelving system includes: one chest of 3 drawers H: 43,5 / W: 80 / D: 35 cm (each drawers height: 11 cm one cabinet with sliding doors H: 43,5 / W: 80 / D: 35 cm one cabinet with glass doors H: 42,5 / W: 80 / D: 23 cm one desk-shelf 42 cm deep 4 shelves 21 cm deep four teak rail legs-supports 191 cm heigh brass hardware The wall unit is in excellent vintage condition. “Made in Norway” stamp on the backside. It is not necessary but recommended to mount the wall unit to a wall using special holes on the top. Reference : 254853
