Vintage console in black wood and clear glass, France 1950s

A lovely black wooden console table, manufactured in France around 1950. This elegant table has a black lacquered wooden base, holding a beautiful clear glass top in rectangular octagon shape. This adds really nicely to the modern design of this table! Suitable as a console, coffee or side table: this versatile piece will make a wonderful addition to the decor. The brass details that make the connections between the base and the frame are a lovely finishing touch. Marked in the frame, as shown in photos.
