About this vintage design furniture

Unique Art Deco storage cabinet in dark green lacquer made in 1938, collaboration between René Drouet and Pierre Adrien Ekman. It has four central niches and two mirror doors painted and decorated by Ekman. Pierre Adrien Ekman was a very talented artist working in France, collaborating mainly with René Drouet and René Prou. Ekman's work will be honored with "Ekman: Décors", an exhibition in 1975 at the Musée Denon. This cabinet is a perfect example of the artistic richness of the Art Deco period in France. It has been fully restored and is in excellent condition. Reference : 242363
