About this vintage design furniture

Orange Slice model 437 in brown Ploeg fabric designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort in 1959. The elementary design Slice easy is derived from “two orange Slices”. This is a more rare early eddition from the early sixties with a nickel frame. We have reupholstered this armchair with new foam and De Ploeg fabric (Monza-Melange 73). The condition is therefore very good again. Dimensions: h x w x d = 68 x 85 x 82 cm and the seat height is 39 cm. Material: Nickel, wood and fabric. Source: Ztijl Design archive. Reference : 242347
