About this vintage design furniture
A lovely midcentury coffee or side table with a round teak top plate and metal legs underneath with three rounded teak ball legs. Designed by Albert Larsson for Tibro Möbelfabrik in the 1950s Sweden.
This funny little tables original name was model 99 - however it became quite popular in the 1950s and was never recognized as this but popular called and known as the Albert table. Also known as the "table in a box".
Good vintage condition. Marked underneath with Albert Tybro. The table is nice, beautiful and classic.

About the designer
Albert LARSSON
Albert Larsson was a Swedish designer born in 1882 and died in 1976. He studied at the Stockholm School of Arts and Crafts and began his career working in Carl Malmsten's design studio. In 1919, he founded his own design company in Stockholm, called Albert Larsson AB.
