About this vintage design furniture
Armchair with ears model FH 1672, produced by Fritz Hansen during the 40s. This armchair with its voluptuous curves, is here upholstered with its original beige woollen fabric, and rests on an ebony stained beech wood base. Small traces of use, very good condition. Seat height : 36cm.

Fritz Hansen was a Danish furniture designer born in 1847 in Tønder, a small town in Denmark. He began his career as a carpenter and went on to found his own furniture manufacturing company in 1872.
