About this vintage design furniture
These armchairs with bentwood armrests were designed by Jaroslav Šmídek in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1960´s.
The chairs are stable and comfortable in original good condition with signs of age and use (fading).

About the designer
Jaroslav SMIDEK
Jaroslav Smidek is a Czech industrial designer born in 1988 in Prague. He studied at the University of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, where he graduated with a degree in industrial design in 2013.
