Rosewood vintage bookcase by Johannes Sorth for Bornholm, 1960s

The bookcase designed by the well-known danish designer Johannes Sorth, produced in the 1960s at the danish bornholm manufactory. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. The legs are made of solid wood. Surface after refreshing. Inside, the space has been filled with four practical height-adjustable shelves. The bookcase has a practical sliding door solution, which reduces the need to leave a large free space in front of the furniture while not restricting access to the interior. The bookcase is the ideal solution for a large collection of books to be arranged in a small living space. In addition, it will function well as a bookcase for collector's items. The furniture has two holes in the backboard for cables. Condition: the surface of the furniture has been refreshed. Minor scratches, dings and restored veneer are visible. Larger signs of use are always shown in the photos. Product ready to use. *for safety reasons, the furniture may have its legs unscrewed, sliding doors and shelves removed for transportation.
