About this vintage design furniture
Danish teak wall unit with a cabinet and three shelves manufactured by PS System. It closely relates to famous Poul Cadovius projects from the 60s. This shelving system is modular. All elements are 80 cm wide and can be arranged upon ones will. The unit consists of: - three shelves 20cm deep - cabinet with sliding doors and brass handles. H: 50 cm W: 80cm D: 45 cm - two wooden rails 200 cm long - brass hardware The set is in very good vintage condition with minor traces of use. The teak elements were coated with layers of Danish oil. Brass hardware was polished.

About the designer
Henning SORENSEN
Henning Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his elegant, modern furniture. Born in 1926, Sorensen began his career as an apprentice in a Copenhagen carpentry workshop. He went on to work for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture.
