About this vintage design furniture
Vintage glass & brass floor lamp designed by Carl Fagerlund for Orrefors (Sweden, 1960s). This model is among the best that Carl Fagerlund designed. The lamp is extendable in height from 140 cm to 190 cm (incl. shade). Diameter (base): 22 cm. It requires 1 light bulb E 27. Cleaned, re-wired and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, US, UK, Asia, etc.). Corded with onoff switch. European plug - can be rewired free of charge upon request. Very good condition, beautiful patina on the brass fixture. The glass is in excellent condition. The lampshade might need replacing. In order to guarantee a safe delivery, the lamp will be disassembled for shipping.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
