About this vintage design furniture
De Wit desk chair model 2311 with anthracite grey fabric from the “Efficient” series designed by Toon de Wit in 1960s. Both the seat height and the backrest are adjustable. This comfortable De Wit office chair has been reupholstered with new foam and black fabric from De Ploeg. Dimensions: h x w x d 86 x 46 x 48 cm. Adjustable seat height 42 – 58 cm. Marked: De Wit (see photos).

Gebroeders & Martin DE WIT
Gebroeders & Martin De Wit was a Belgian design studio founded by brothers Frans, Jan and Martin De Wit in Antwerp in the 1950s. They worked mainly in the field of interior design and decoration, producing modern furniture, tapestries, textiles and home accessories.
