About this vintage design furniture
Mid century Vintage bookcase from the 1960´s. It was designed by František Jirák and was manufactured by Jitona company in the former Czechoslovakia. Features a simple design, a glazed section with five storage spaces. In Very good condition. Beautiful walnut veneer, plywood. Height: 157 cm width: 117 cm depth: 40 cm

About the designer
Frantisek JIRAK
František Jiránek (1898-1978) was a Czech designer who worked in the 1920s and 1930s. He is best known for his work in furniture design, but also designed objects in glass and ceramics.
