About this vintage design furniture

Some things are unequivocally timeless, such as the rocking chair by Danish architect Hans Olsen. First designed in 1956 and manufactured by Juul Kristensen. The frame is made of solid teak wood. This piece truly showcases the best of 1950s furniture design, where Olsen was an expert, through a trio of comfort, functionality and aesthetics. The frame has been cleaned and finished with a natural wood oil that protects the wood and gives it a natural and warm look. Backrest with original wool upholstery, seat cushion new upholstered with bouclé fabric. The whole is kept in warm earth tones.
