About this vintage design furniture
Rare large version of Medusa lamp (45cm diameter vs standard 35cm). Takes one standard E27 light bulb. Rewired with a vintage looking textile cable in copper colour. The cord is 100cm long and can be shortened to your convenience. The lampshade had one crack that has been treated with epoxy (where upper and lower parts join, not visible when lamp is assembled). Good overall vintage condition. Packed with love and care.

About the designer
Luigi MASSONI
Luigi Massoni was an Italian designer born in Milan in 1930 and died in 1991. After studying architecture at the Milan Polytechnic, he began his career as an industrial designer in the 1950s. He worked for many prestigious Italian brands, including Guzzini, Alessi, Poltrona Frau and Boffi.
