About this vintage design furniture
Danish mid-century teak wall unit with a floating desk was designed by Thygesen and Sorensen for Hansen & Guldborg, in the 60s. It can perfectly create an unobtrusive workspace in the living room or an elegant welcome area in the hallway. The nicely shaped desk has two drawers with beautiful sculptured recessed pull handles made of solid teak. The unit consists of: - two shelves 30 cm deep - one shelf 22 cm deep - a desk with two drawers H: 24,5W: 89D 50 cm (inner height of the drawers – 6,5 cm) - two wooden rails 177 cm long - brass hardware The set is in perfect vintage condition with minor traces of use. Wood was coated with additional layers of Danish oil.
