About this vintage design furniture
This cabinetbookcase was designed by Johannes Sorth in Denmark in the 1960’s and manufactured by Nexø Møbelfabrik. Shelves are both height adjustable and removable. Below the shelves practical storage compartments with sliding doors and adjustable and removable shelf. The condition is good for it’s age. The bookcase shows minimal general age related wear. An extremely versatile piece of furniture that would simply look fantastic in any home or office environment. About the designer
Johannes SORTH
Johannes Sorth was a renowned Danish designer who was born in 1937 and died in 2017. He is best known for his work in industrial design, particularly for his elegant modern furniture designs. Sorth studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, graduating in 1963.
