Vintage Ds 1 table by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, 1990

DS 1 table designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Italian edition, 90s. The table top has been recently lacquered. Slight signs of use on the base of the table, barely visible. See detailed photos as they are part of the item description. Any defects to report are indicated there. The table does not have an attribution mark, so we cannot guarantee 100% authorship. According to its previous owner, the table was purchased from the same place and date as the accompanying chairs and sideboard that we have also listed at Design Market (see our other items). Both the chairs and the sideboard have the Cassina attribution stamp, so we believe that the table is also a Cassina edition or, failing that, it may be an edition of the Italian publisher Movimento Moderno which also had the license to publish C. R. Mackintosh furniture at the time.
