About this vintage design furniture
This beautiful Art Deco style shallow plate or bowl, made in Sweden in the 1930s at the Gustavsberg factory, was designed by painter and ceramicist Wilhelm Kåge. The name Argenta comes from the Latin Argentum and indicates the silver paint used to bring the mottled ceramic pieces to life. In good condition with no chips or cracks.
