Set of 6 vintage black painted pine veneer stacking chairs for Robin Day, 1960s

Set of chairs attributed to the English designer Robin Day. The chairs have black-painted pine veneer seats on a wooden beech frame. They were made in the 50s or 60s and have a patina corresponding with age and use. All chairs are sturdy and stackable H x w x d 80-43 x 47 x 55 cm 31.5-16.9 x 18.5 x 21.7 inch.
