About this vintage design furniture
Ashtray table designed by Poul Hundevad. Produced in Denmark during the 1950s by Vamdrup. It is made of solid rosewood with a ceramic ashtray made by Danish ceramics Søholm. The frame is in excellent condition and the same with the ashtray. Would make a great addition to any modern environments. It is possible to buy a round glass plate to the top and replace it with the ashtray. About the designer
Poul HUNDEVAD
Poul Hundevad was a Danish designer born on April 21, 1917 in Randers and died on April 2, 2011 in Aarhus. He is best known for his teak furniture designs of the 1950s and 1960s.
