Great, rarely seen floor lamp by the undisputed king of lamps, Svend Aage Holm Sørensen. This lamp was designed in the 1950s, with a light and elegant design by Holm Sørensen, teak details on the base and a large white-beige shade that is in very good condition. The lamp is also in very good condition with virtually no visible signs of age-related use. This floor lamp would be an impressive addition to any modern environment. About the designer
Svend Aage HOLM SORENSEN
Holm Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his minimalist, functional creations. Born in 1938 in Frederiksberg, Denmark, he studied sculpture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen before turning to industrial design.
