About this vintage design furniture
Table lamp Charles Martin. Design: 1928 Produced: 195060s Chromed metal. Reflector painted cream-colored on the inside. A fixed arch formed from two parallel struts, on which an arm with a rotatable umbrella is pivotably mounted via a disc-like joint. Base with two strong cylindrical elements. Beautiful, original condition.

About the designer
Etienne-Henri MARTIN
Étienne-Henri Martin (1913-1995) was a renowned French designer and artist, best known for his work in ceramics. Born in Lyon, France, he studied at the École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs in Paris before becoming a professor at the same institution.
