About this vintage design furniture
A lovely white plastic cabinet, designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri, manufactured by Kartell in Italy around 1970. It has two layers of storage and is easily movable with the wheels placed underneath. This piece could also be used as a versatile night stand or even a small serving trolley. The use of plastic is an iconic experimental technique of midcentury Italian design. It has the manufacturer’s mark stamped on the plastic, as shown in photos. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
