About this vintage design furniture
Set of 6 chairs designed by Hans Jacobsen in the 1950s to 1959 and produced in Denmark in 1991 for the Fritz Hansen company.Chromed steel tubular base, original red wood seat.Chairs are in vintage condition with wear marks (see photos). The back seat is still solid. Seat height 42cm.

About the designer
Fritz HANSEN
Fritz Hansen was a Danish furniture designer born in 1847 in Tønder, a small town in Denmark. He began his career as a carpenter and went on to found his own furniture manufacturing company in 1872.
