About this vintage design furniture
Bauhaus style cantilever armchair with a lacquered wood and chrome tubular steel frame. Manufactured by Mücke Melder in Czechoslovakia in the 1930s1940s. The armchair is newly upholstered, the woodwork has been completely restored, the chrome coating is in its original condition.

Mücke MELDER
Mücke MELDER is a German design duo consisting of Peter Mücke and Michael Melder. They founded their design agency in Berlin in 1991 and have since worked on a variety of projects in the fields of interior architecture, product design and visual communication.
