About this vintage design furniture
Suite of four armchairs, designed by the famous Italian designer Gae Aulenti (1927-2012) and published by the influential American company Knoll, founded in 1938. The "Orsay" model, a classic and unmistakable one, is characterized by its bent and welded steel structure, here lacquered in black. The rounded backrest and the comfortable seat are made of a single piece of plywood, bent at the junction, and covered with a grey fabric. In addition to the modernity of this suite of armchairs, one can appreciate the subtle marriage between the straightness of the legs and the curvature of the lines. Also, we imagine very well this Contemporary Furniture in an Office, in which we will create an atmosphere combining the rigor of work and the sympathy of exchanges. Period: 1975 Very good condition.
