An iconic, Dutch design dining chair manufactured by Gispen in the Netherlands around 1950. This highly recognizxable piece is made of tubular chrome plated metal with red wooden seat and back and black bakelite armrests. The “floating” seat of this design is a famous Dutch innovative design The elegant, modern style and nice use of colours combine to make this chair a really nice addition to the decor It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
