About this vintage design furniture

Stunning form of this pedestal dining table was designed by Carlo de Carli in Italy in the 1950s. Very nice rosewood grained dining table with a slim, sculptural octagonal shaped base. The use of one material emphasizes the solid look of this design piece. Can easily fit up to 6 chairs around it, or if you like your guests and are not afraid of their elbows, then even more ;) Structurally checked - stable and ready to use. The lacquer coating is original, nevertheless in great condition with barely noticeable, minor signs of wear. The tabletop (5 cm thick) is detachable for easier transport. Base width - 67 cm. Carlo de Carli was born in 1910 in Milan and became an important architect and designer in the 40s and 50s when working with another Italian design master - Gio Ponti.  carlo de carli, rosewood table, carlo de carli table, centre table, rosewod centre table, round centre table, round dining table, rosewood carlo de carli, gio ponti
