About this vintage design furniture
A high-quality design classic from Sweden based on the design by Olof Pira, manufactured by Planmöbel. Modular wall shelving system with anthracite grey metal supports, black metal brackets and sythetic wall mounts. The shelves are veneered in ashwood. Very good condition with minor signs of wear. The shelf has been professionally revised.

Olof PIRA
Olof PIRA is a contemporary Swedish designer known for his work with the String furniture brand. He studied design at Lund University before embarking on a career as a freelance designer. PIRA has worked with String since 2013 and has created several iconic pieces for the brand, including the String Pocket modular bookcase and the String Works wall console.
