Set of 4 vintage Lotus dining chairs by Hartmut Lohmeyer for Kusch & Co

This set of 4 Lotus chairs with a purple seat cover, chrome legs and backrests made of light beech wood is in very good condition. Except for a small 1 mm hole on one of the chairs, the seat covers show hardly any signs of wear, the color of the seat covers is strong and the upholstery is good. The chrome legs the chairs are flawless. The backrests show slight signs of wear around the wood. Hartmut Lohmeyer designed these armchairs for Kusch + Co in the 1970s and once again shows how chairs can be designed in organic shapes. Kusch + Co is a German manufacturer which primarily in the office furniture sector.
