About this vintage design furniture

Set of two foldable wooden chairs by Egon Eiermann for Wiede + Spieth. Egon Eiermann, a well-known designer and architect from Germany, designed this folding chair SE 18 in 1952. The frame is made of beech wood, the backrest and seat are made of molded plywood with beech wood veneer. These two chairs are covered with a washable red plastic seat cover and one backrest. Strong signs of age and wear visible. A seat has a defect in the cover. Paint losses generally visible. The wood worm holes are treated and no longer active. Seat function perfectly, the chairs are stable. Seat height 46 cm
