Lamp base in ceramic by Juliette Belarti 1960-1970s, Belgium Lamp base in brutalist style designed by Juliette Belarti for Belarti Studio, Belgium. Belarti Studio is best known for its coffee tables with ceramic top and door handles in aluminum with ceramic tile finish. The lamp base is finished with a very dark, blue, grey, almost black glaze. Due to the special technique of applying the glaze, the lamp base has a special effect, in some places the glaze is glossy and in other places more matte. The lamp base has an E 27 fitting and an on and off button on the cord. The height of the lamp base (including fitting) is 24 cm and the diameter of the bottom is 15 cm.
