About this vintage design furniture
Teve chair designed by Alf Svensson for Ljungs Industrier AB (Bra Bohag), Sweden in 1953. This easy chair (low version) has been reupholstered with new filling and fabric from Buvetex, Doodle 001, Bouclé. This fabric is very similar to a sheepskin. The condition is very good, partly due to the new upholstery. The frame is also still in very good original condition with normal traces of use and wear. Material: Birch wood frame with beautiful brass details at the back of the back of the chair. Dimensions: h x w x d 72 x 62 x 62 cm and the seat height is 42 cm. Bra Bohag is also often mentioned, but Bra Bohag is a collaboration of different companies that sold their furniture under a common name. Source: catalog Bra Bohag.
