About this vintage design furniture

An interesting model of three mid century bentwood dining chairs designed by Radomír Hofman for TON Bystřice pod Hostýnem (Thonet successor in Czechoslovakia after World War 2) . They were made in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1960´s. The chairs are made of bent plywood, have beech wood structure. An interesting example of Czechoslovak design after the huge success of the Czechoslovak pavilion at Expo 58 in Brussels. The chairs are in good Vintage condition, shows slight signs of age and using. Price is for the set of 6. Height: 82 cm width: 44 cm depth: 45 cm seat height : 46 cm
