Set of 12 vintage Mah Jong sectional sofas by Hans Hopfer for Roche Bobois, 1970s

Originally designed by Hans Hopfer for Roche Bobois in 1971, the Mah Jong sofa has become a design classic. Comprising twelve pieces, this set is upholstered in a mixture of colours and fabrics to create a bright and bold combination. The eight square floor cushions are button tufted and finished in a mix of orange, pink, yellow, floral and striped fabrics. The two corner and two back modules are upholstered in orange and pink fabric. Incredibly versatile, the floor cushions can be stacked to create different heights, while the modular set can be configured into a corner or arranged to create a variety of seating options.
