About this vintage design furniture
AKARI floor lamp model 10A by Isamu Noguchi The Japanese design invites itself in the shop This floor lamp with its fine and elegant line remains a classic of design since the 50s. The model I propose is about 30 years old. It was not edited by Vitra who took over the torch a little later. Noguchi's lamps were meticulously handcrafted in the Ozeki factory in Japan. The shade made of Shoji paper, taken from the bark of the mulberry tree, is cut into strips adapted to the size and shape of the lamp and glued to the frame. These lamps have been perfectly designed for shipping or storage, they are packed in flat cartons specifically designed for this purpose. The lamp works with 1 E27 screw-in bulb. Switch on the tie rod. Dimensions: Height 120cm Shade diameter 53cm Width of legs at the bottom 65cm
